3. Please allow 28 days for delivery (unless otherwise stated on the book/offer web page).
4. Offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a similar title in the unlikely event that the original should be unavailable.

6. If your goods arrived damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or a refund of the cost of the product. Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Delivery
We will endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, please do allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery, unless otherwise stated on the offer web page from which you are purchasing.
