1. Customer outside of the UK wishing to order items must pay in sterling and the extra amount payable in postage will be calculated at the checkout.
2. Payment will be charged to Arterie Ltd and this is the name that will appear on your credit / debit card statement.
3. Please allow 28 days for delivery (unless otherwise stated on the book/offer web page).
4. Offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value in the unlikely event that the original should be unavailable.
5. If you have any queries after you have made an order please email us at admin@arterie.co.uk.
6. If your goods arrived damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or a refund of the cost of the product. Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Free items are limited to one of each item per houshold. A postage charge is applicable per free item. If more than one free item is ordered per offer, we will not be held responsible for the fufilment, and due to administration charges we will not refund postage costs.
